Textual analysis means doing a analysis or either and film or a magazine in my circumstance since I am making the first two minutes of a film I did my textual analysis on two different types of film. The first film is an action thriller called fast and furious and the second film is a romantic comedy called he is just not that into you. The reason why I have done these films is because it links into the codes of convention I have done because I researched what the different sub genres of a thriller and a comedy are and what do they both need to include to make them a thriller and a comedy.
What I have learnt from doing my textual analysis of the action thriller fast and furious is that my film is going to have to included all the different camera shots and skilled they used to be able to make my film exciting and full of suspense otherwise we will easily lose the audiences concentration because they wont be entertained which means that they are not enjoying the film.
